The gameplay builds around the idea of a burning fuse, which the player must cut by following a coded sequence of lights. Homemade Games has announced the release of Front Wars, a new Turn-Based Strategy game for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The game is set in a world war II universe, in which you get to play the allies against axis forces during great battles over Europe. You can either play with your friends on Game Center or challenge them also using Facebook.
The two armies take turns building and commanding units on a grid-based map. The objective is to defeat the enemy army. There are two ways to defeat an opponent: destroy every one of the opponent’s units on the map or capture the
opponent’s headquarters. The terrain on a map affects unit range of movements and the defense attribute of units stationed in that terrain. Capturing cities and enemy buildings will give the player new funding’s at the beginning of each turn, with which the player can create a variety of new units (soldiers, tanks, planes, ships…) to gain power over his opponent.

Developer T&T has announced the release of DeepSpaceRace 2.1.0, an update to their popular game title for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. Inspired by classic video games of the 80′s such as Wing Commander and Outrun, DeepSpaceRace challenges users to fly as long as possible through an asteroid field that progressively becomes denser.
At the start of the game, users enter the hangar where they can select their spaceship, view its stats, or buy and select skins. A large holoscreen at the back of the hangar provides access Game Center and the ability to view local and global race statistics.
To navigate the asteroid field, players tilt their device from side-to-side. To accelerate and decelerate the spaceship, players tap between their afterburner and brake areas on the right side of the device. Utilizing the afterburner depletes fuel so users need to collect yellow fuel tokens throughout the game to refill their spaceship’s tanks. Increasing the amount of afterburner fuel allows players to fly faster.
